HVAC SUPER PRO is guaranteed to make a leak-free bond and hold the bond for the life of the HVAC or refrigeration equipment provided that the tubing and connector are sanded using 60-grit sanding cloth, and the HVAC SUPER PRO is applied using instruction included with every HVAC SUPER PRO product. These instructions are also included in the HVAC SUPER PRO web site.

To make a claim, the leaking joint must be made available to HVAC SUPER PRO for inspection to verify that the joint was sanded using 60-grit sanding cloth; that the HVAC SUPER PRO was applied per instructions, and that the joint was not moved for 3 minutes for copper and brass and 5 minutes for aluminum.
